World meet, The Highdive. Hot ham and cheese Po'Boy with Cajun Glazed Ham, American Cheese, pickles and homemade creole mustard. My ode to the sandwich I'll never forget. A ham and cheese sandwich I got after some hardcore swimming at the neighborhood pool on a hot Louisiana morning. The girl working the concession stand popped that bad boy in the microwave, it was an awakening for a nine year old Gumbo Boi. I'm not saying you have to put chips on this guy but you know know you're going to when none is looking.
